Nothing to like that much, Not a worthy place to work and get exposed to corporate

Company uses our hardwork for company earning profits, without bothering the employee growth and career. Almost 10x more than our salary they charge from clients for our work and pay us 1x of the charges. I won’t recommend anyone to choose Consero for their career learning and growth, as the growth and pay is so less as 15k to 28k for 2years without much hike and that too for stay in a metropolitan city....Read More

All is good while joining and work balance depends on Team.

Dislikes

HR policies are terrible in Consero, While joining it seems like only 2year contract and Original document submission, but while reliving you will get to know the reality of their retention bonus and Separation policies. You have to fight for your hard earned money.
