they are not adequately planned for their events or gifts etc. unnecessary meetings and new activities which are not stopped every month they come up with new extreme activities. salary and bonus were not good enough to maintain your basic needs.

Its a good place for learn and grow your career as a US accountant, the sky is the limit, good team.

Your life here depends on a lot of parameters like the client you are handling, your managers attitude, colleagues etc your work life balance, leaves etc will be approved based on all the parameters mentioned.... if you are taking the responsibility they will give you more responsibility 🤣 but thats the positive as well in the intial days of your career.
