They don't bouther the risk of an employee, they only wanted to generate revenue. Never thought of employees satisfaction the organisation issues absconding alert mails if the y r not reporting to office during this Covid-19. Also deducted salarys and deducted leaves of employees without their consent.

Dislikes

The organisation plays its own rules whenever they need as per their requirement. They don't have any standards of maintaining employees satisfaction and retention.
