In my opinion earlier tbss were very good company for everyone n there's is no politics between executive team leaders n manager's but now tbss owned by Qconnect n at present in Qconnect there's a loads of politics between executive, team leaders n quality leaders n most important thing is that there's no job security

Cafeteria there's no light's in cafeteria when I was went for lunch there's no bright light's or there's no permission to anyone's to celebrate their b day with friends and TLs n there's no snacks on evening time that's 5.00 P.m.n newbie TLs name ganesh sir n quality leaders ramesh n lohita were seriously not at all good n there's a loads of politics n partiality between Hindus n Muslims if any Hindus got ZTP so there's no rule for that Hindu to terminate that person from company but they will give chance to movethat person to another process but for Muslims if I got ZTP so directly I was terminated by my TLs n qualities n Hr there's no chance for Muslims so pls choose ur job wisely n go for it...Read More
