Environment, No targets and work pressure

Dislikes

Partiality based on language. Raising a doubt like the company is in Karnataka or in Kerala/Tamilnadu. 9/10 promotions will happens for KL & TN employees only. They did not celebrate Kannada Rajyotsava. But management had time to celebrate and decorate the floor for Onam, Christmas etc. Not a good place to work for Kannadigas.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
