i was working as CCE in partner desk support . My teamleader was Rahul Goswami . such a good Teamleader to work with him . but there were some useless teamleaders were hired mistakenly by company.

As we were assisting customers we were asked to clear all doubts then ND there within 2 min only... Non of the call should be more than tha... Which was not good.... Secondly why to give spm to every customer...
