He is very good at his work, except some plants like Plant 05, even when there is no work, he harasses all the manpower and doesn't let them do their work, the manager there does the same, he is the ruler of the work of Plant 05

The management rule for the employees there is not good. The company does not provide anything for the employees, like safety related things like shoes, medical insurance, canteen, bathroom etc., such facilities are not available, which the management should look into.
