New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

No fix time of general shift bus to leave company. Official time is 17:45 but sometimes leave at 18:00 hrs some times 18:15,18:30. Due to some employee not leaving their desk on time. No HR policy, no mediclaim, If you don't eat in canteen then also they will deduct 1200 INR from salary, which is not fair. No software at work place,every thing is manual. He is very good at his work, except some plants like Plant 05, even when there is no work, he harasses all the manpower and doesn't let them do their work, the manager there does the same, he is the ruler of the work of Plant 05

The management rule for the employees there is not good. The company does not provide anything for the employees, like safety related things like shoes, medical insurance, canteen, bathroom etc., such facilities are not available, which the management should look into.
