working employees are good. They don't have too much work.

Dislikes

They have 5 yrs of bond and if you complete bond then also they don't give you related. They don't know how to behave with girls. They told they give release and force employee to give resignation and if his ready and if they know that employee got a job then they terminate employee.

Likes

- You will learn lot of things here. - You will get opportunity to work on some products also. - You will get good exposure in payment domain.

Dislikes

- No Work from home provided - 5 or 3 years of bond , which will ruin your career if you are not comfortable with the technology and also you will be not able to pay bond amount which is very high. - Mostly old technologies are used , if you are in Base24 .... and the worst part is you cannot easily change your technology within company - Some Toxic managers are there who will ask you to work on weekends also and not give you compoff. - You have no choice for onsite locations, they will not think if you comfortable with location or not,They will just send you and you have to go because you have no choice and the worst part is you cannot resign because you have done bond and you cannot pay bond amount 🙂. - Work load is very high for some engineers . - In salary hikes only Base24 related role get good hike, Others are just waiting to complete the bond🥲 and if you are in bond they will not even consider your appraisal emails....Read More

Please do not join the company. They trap you in bond policy and you will not get out from that. Company management treat you as you are slave for them. And they force you at any conditions to stay in their organization. If you want to leave no one help to get out from organization even though hr also. HR also told you different office policy....Read More

Only good for those freshers who have not another better opportunity. 3 yers of bond with very much big Bond break amount (you can't imagine)

Dislikes

Ready to work 24/7 without any appreciation. Poor project, HR & resource management. Some leads(not all)stick to old technology,and don't want to upgrade with latest technology and even not giving chance to others.They play on politics. Poor leave policy on ground.
