It is good that, there are some different type of process with opportunities for many people and salary come on time. It is a good place to start career in MNC BPO.

Dislikes

Transport facility is not so good, also some processes are with too much work pressure and don't celebrate indian festival, not even decorate own floor. No any fun activities or benefits on special occasions. Also office politics is also there.

I was assuming that this company is MNC and must have the same standards but it is also full of politics and job security is also not good, you will be in process till their requirements(peak season) after that they will force you to resign!!!

Working culture, promotion, negligible hike , they are not focusing on quality of work instead they are focusing on how much time you are sitting on your chair, which makes all the environment toxic. If we are working on holidays they are giving compoff, which is unacceptable as i have enough leaves already

The best about the company is the work culture.. I have worked for 2 years and I never feel demotivate in this 2 years.. My manager, My trainer, my QA's and my colleges all are perfect💯💯..

Good for beginners, they are providing work from home and hybrid system based on clients. Salary issue is not there.

It's resources management company and job security is not good. For high salary person i don't recommend this organisation. Deduction and Insurance are very costly compared to other organisations No learning resources from external except that Udemy. Don't join this organisation if you are Flutter Developer because they have small limited clients.

There is only one project Gemini.. which the chine team governs.. if they think you are not productive they will put you in pip.. and hence separation.. For small issues they will point it out and hence the escalation. The manager and associate director and tech lead are nearly a puppet.. they won’t support you and more over to please china people they will speak against you. If you are a good resource they would defend you all the time and you have the job security.

Dislikes

The job security is of no use as they don't care about you till you put your papers, yearly appraisals of 2,3,4 or max. 5% that can't even beat inflation, along with the favouritism that you get to see will make you leave for sure.

Cost Cutting , Forced Weekend working and always looking for replacing resources with a low cost resource. For CNX US, CNX India is a back office and it should only be used for saving cost of cost increases remove the resources and make the remaining resources do the additional tasks

I used to like the work in the Wheelz Process which was in the Cnx and there was cleaned the floor. My TL was also good as a nature wise. That's why I did love the cnx.

I used to dislike the environment of the Wheelz Process in the Cnx because of the most mischievous Agents and some SMEs'. They were ruining. They SMEs' don't know hοw to handle the team, how to work as a team, there are discrimination is the most popular thing in the same process. And salary package was not good according to work there was so much pressure now. They were not aware for agents health issue. Poor behaviour of Managers and supervisors actually. No work life balance. they can call you to office anytime. poor salary : they collect around 10 times for a resource from client and pays only 10% cannot take breaks on your own . Cannot take leaves and it also gets approved even if you plan months in advance. if you fall ill in the office they will not let you go to hospital or to the doctor unless your shift is over. Long , struggling working hours, stupid meetings. You will struggle to complete sleep life becomes about completing shifts only. Low level crowd mostly terribly abusive and profanity used in company in entire hirereachy. Salary never reaches the promised amount.
