I used to like the work in the Wheelz Process which was in the Cnx and there was cleaned the floor. My TL was also good as a nature wise. That's why I did love the cnx.

I used to dislike the environment of the Wheelz Process in the Cnx because of the most mischievous Agents and some SMEs'. They were ruining. They SMEs' don't know hοw to handle the team, how to work as a team, there are discrimination is the most popular thing in the same process. And salary package was not good according to work there was so much pressure now. They were not aware for agents health issue. Employees and drivers had very bad experience with the transport team, making third class pick-up and drop-offs for employees. Whenever you want to update your location transport staff will start misbehaving with you and start using local Haryanvi language and our HR and uper management fuking don't care about anything.
