Job Security is good , you can work without any worry of unemployment .

Salary is not atall satisfactory, yearly increments are as low as 3-4% and you are expected to work extra to justify that 3-4% for next 12 months . Promotions take 5 years or may be more . I was part of Finance System (Workday Finance) so can review that team Overall lot of pressure and management is driven by US and they ask resource to be available 24 hours a day and often ask to take calls at 02:00 AM and still management is blaming the resources for any issues and BAU concerns. In all worst work life balance
