i just like work culture only,lot of freedom of work, but very very low salry increments ,job security is there but less salry less growth, but as an mnc experience ie very useful to place in other companies, like amzon,cognizant,r1rcm etc

Starting 6 months were good but after work from home they are not doing step up, they are taking too much benefits from us in the exchange they are giving any peny extra.
