Good thing about comviva is there is lot of flexibility as far as work life balance is concerned

The biggest drawback of working in comviva is that there is no push from management to bring up new leadership. Every policy is driven just by revenue and the HR is too weak to interfere in employee growth and skill enhancement.

Lot of VP's and senior management are not qualified and have a very sarkari attitude and poor team management and appraisals. Only if you are the bosses chamcha you may get a promotion. Some senior management don't know basics as well andmake teams suffer. Silent layoffs

Dislikes

Lot of politics and favouritism. If you are close to manager(hardwork doesn’t matters) , you will get good ratings , promotions and hike. Even the HR person will not support you and you will be targeted with unrealistic deadlines and micromanagement . So if you have other offer, pls try to avoid.
