Worst company, please dont join this company based on TechM name. Nothing to do with learning, only people with long tongue can survive. Managers and HR are pathetic, lost my mental peace. They are not even letting you go even after resigning.

In Comviva work life balance is so good. Pressure of work is low. Work environment is also good.

Dislikes

One think that I dislike about Comviva is the rating which is given to employee is already fixed by the management. Due to this it is directly effected to our promotion cycle and salary hikes.

The new HR head is very pethatic, she is on personal ride. No empathy towards employees and there concern. She has never every in last 2 month tried connecting with us,she is not even aware how to do that.

Management is not good. Some manager doing some partiality with their employees within their team. They promised to give you hike and promotion but accordingly not happened like that. Some manager playing a very good role in office politics. Not appreciated behaviour and not accepting feedback behaviour.
