Work environment is toxic and people around just eagerly waiting to pull you down. By any chance you did a mistake everybody is like to make fun of and defame you before leaders and coworkers. Leaders are just here to put pressure and work load on you only not even care about you even if you are doing well you can’t be recognised byManagement if you aren’t sycophant them. No body wish you on your special day or even work anniversary. But they will definitely ask you to give a treat or organise a party.
