Leaders are supportive. They recognize the efforts of every individual. Have good job security. Sales team leaders are highly supportive and give enough time to all team members to prove their mettle.

HR team is highly pathetic. They play high level politics to harass the employees and force them to leave the organization. There is monopoly of HR and the HR team members - Rajasree, Sonal, Priti and Meenal themselves defame other female employees in the office and make unacceptable character related comments and question on the modesty of women. It simply makes the environment unsafe for women and nobody would like to work at such place. The Managers won't let you pass to Head of company and they say it's an open door policy. If you have potential, they will become barrier on your way. Also, they just talk about versatility although higher staff MEN are all hypocrites

Leaders are just here to put pressure and work load on you only not even care about you even if you are doing well you can’t be recognised byManagement if you aren’t sycophant them.
