Good work environment but management is not supported. Appraisals are not fair and they do not give increment/hikein salary on every year

There is a lot of work pressure and politics and management doesn't resolve our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. They never support us in covid 19 and move company from Okhla delhi to noida and pressurise to us for resign due to this I left my job from competent software.

My work experience of competent software pvt ltd is good. team leader and seniors are supportive. they help you in any way they can. incentives and bonus are good

At the time of joining they say many things... you have this opportunity, etc but after 11 months they terminate almost 400 employees without any valid reason even no notice period given.

At competent I am in the CL project. Level 1 ,2 was so easy but level 3 so bad, it's not for anybody. There was some need to improvement in level 3 but company never try to do something for that level. Otherwise all level is good.
