The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality product and has a glabal client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day's as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Good salary on that time but after lost project company announced half salary also changed location transfer delhi to noida so I cant adjust with half salary that's why I have resigned from Compitent

According to my review the enviorment is so good. And yes salary company gives salary always be on time. Company provides 2 times bonus one on diwali and another is holi.

Yes i have one issue regarding this. Whenever i am enter in company according to company policy you change your shoes and pick up the slippers then you come inside.

First of all I loved that I was the part of a company if I will talk about the training it was too good. The trainers were superb. Teammates were cooperative. Atmosphere was good especially for girls. I learned a lot from there.

There is nothing wrong in this company but I am that kind of person who want to take interested in learning new things but there is same kind of files and data so sometimes I get bored.

I was a data entry operator in this company. This is a good place who want to work in a good environment.All associate are good and discipline.I suggest that this company is the best for the post of data entry who have passed 12th and searching for the job.Job timing is only 7 hour and 30 minute.
