The company works on HR's rule and regulation and not of management. there is only one hr cum accountant that has no discipline on how to talk with employee. uses non sense unprofessional languages. treats herself as a teacher and employees as her students to bark at them. and really dont know why the management is tolorating her?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
