No support from senior personnel for any new idea you bring to the table. Not ready to take even calculated risks. HR reps are the worst. Also they make you sign joining NDA as well as leaving NDA, which is ridiculous and I have seen such practice only at this horrible organization. Worst policies in the whole wide world. Even MNCs do not have such policies. Additionally, if you just want to ignore all these practices and just want to focus on only work. Then let me tell you there is no such thing as hierarchy or process and no work available. I am sure, no one can learn anything from here. Commerce Pundit is a fabulous place to work. Good thing is that in the company everything is defined. For example, project management, business analysis, development, Quality Assurance, HR processes include hiring and onboarding process. Work culture is too good, everyone in the organization is supportive and eager to help each other.

The very first experience anyone can have is HR department , that is very very helpful and always ready to solve any kind of query employee has, regardless the department. Another thing is overall structure of management is excellent as they are following strict ISO standards procedure. I like the way duties have been assigned to people according to their job role. An IT Company that treat its employees as 19th Century Slave Factory Worker. No respect for their employee's personal time and hard work We had office time from 10 am to 7 pm but we had to attend meetings till midnight 1 am regularly. And the company still wants you to report to the office at 10 am the next day without fail. Seniors and Team leaders are always ready to take your work credits.

If your leave is pending and once you leave the company they will not calculate your paid leave. not will pay you any money.
