No support from senior personnel for any new idea you bring to the table. Not ready to take even calculated risks. HR reps are the worst. Also they make you sign joining NDA as well as leaving NDA, which is ridiculous and I have seen such practice only at this horrible organization. Worst policies in the whole wide world. Even MNCs do not have such policies. Additionally, if you just want to ignore all these practices and just want to focus on only work. Then let me tell you there is no such thing as hierarchy or process and no work available. I am sure, no one can learn anything from here. Commerce Pundit is a fabulous place to work. Good thing is that in the company everything is defined. For example, project management, business analysis, development, Quality Assurance, HR processes include hiring and onboarding process. Work culture is too good, everyone in the organization is supportive and eager to help each other.

The very first experience anyone can have is HR department , that is very very helpful and always ready to solve any kind of query employee has, regardless the department. Another thing is overall structure of management is excellent as they are following strict ISO standards procedure. I like the way duties have been assigned to people according to their job role.
