If you want frequent switch/changes , this company is not for you . It slows down a bit your learning curve. But due to policies and culture , you can stay in company as long as you want

The culture here in Colt is excellent, people are very helpful and kind. Lot of opportunities to grow your skills, and learn from your manager. And plus it's work from home, what more could you ask for.

Dislikes

This is not a point to add in dislike, but to highlight it, Colt does not give hikes more than 5 to 10 percent.

Its a good company with the best work life balance and there are many facilities like cab, meal and others. Learning opportunities are there but dont expect too much appraisal in once, it takes time but its worth it

The only thing that one can like about Colt is that as an whole organisation (including its Offices in UK, Germany, France & everywhere in the world), Colt is very good in taking care of its employees and providing benefits. But if we talk about its India Unit, specially the service delivery unit managed by R G as on July 2021, there is nothing which one will like. People coming from Indian companies like airtel, jio etc will like because for them its a huge shift but for people who have worked with good MNCs, it will be a hell. All the people who have worked with good MNCs like Orange, BT etc will never like colt if they join the Service Delivery in the Indian Unit. There is a lot that one will dislike about colt. Some managers in Colt have no skills of being a manager and are still made the manager. Manager sometimes become hitler here. They will force you to work on weekends without your will and you will be threatened to give extra hours in addition of the shift timings and if you don't do that, they will say that they won't give you increment. And they are quite serious in doing this. People have got as low as 1-3% increment in recent years just because they didn't followed the hitler rules of their manager to work on weekend and extra hours. One very good example of how unskilled the managers are is that the manager discusses personal development plans on teams call. Personal improvement shall never be discussed in a public forum because its personal. But the dumb managers in Colt do this openly. Favouritism is at peak in colt. So much that people who are favourite to managers get appreciated/promoted and those who are not receive nothing. So if you are thinking of joining colt in the service delivery department that is based in india, please never join. You will regret. If you have already joined, please leave as soon as possible. Your career will be spoiled. And if by mistake you are in order processing team. Then only god can save your career from being destroyed. I am speaking from my personal experience.
