Why we need this role

• Role is required to validate & process orders received via various order mgmt. systems and update the same into the Billing system.
• Perform the activities post billrun like uploading the customers invoices on different portals.
• Help the other operational teams during the tight deadline to achieve the outcome.
• Support towards BAUs/ bespoke requests towards achieving business KPIs.

What you will do

Involve in the design or modification of Kenan system. Interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs. Gathers, documents, and analyses business needs and requirements.

• Validation of input from the upstream systems & updating the OM Billing system accordingly.
• Upload the invoices of customers to the desired area as per assignments.
• Ensuring that all quality parameters are maintained
• Adherence to billing Process and SLA
• Effective communication of operational issue to Team Lead.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements to improve efficiency and productivity.

What we are looking for

Skills & Experience

Mandatory
• Working knowledge of Electronic Billing/ Invoicing
• Good Knowledge of Billing Operations activities 
• 2-4 years of total experience with minimum 1 years of telecom billing operations.

Desirable 
• Knowledge in electronic invoicing.
• Hands-on experience in SQL, Microsoft Excel. Python preferred

Person Specification
• Good communication including high-level of verbal and written English
• Experience of working to tight deadlines.
• Technical understanding of Business Systems and Services solutions and appreciation of their structure and workings. 
• Self-disciplined and focused with good time-management and multi-tasking skills
• Strong team player with ability to train and lead others

Qualification
• Engineer/Commerce Graduate/MBA with good academic background.
