Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Poor work life balance, No major salary benifits. Even they gave 0% increment to 10% employees in March 23 increment. Medical insurance is paid. No food facility in few locations. Nothing to say positive about this organization.
