Senior Leadership they done know what they speak, they don't know how they behave, they are happy until lowest expenses are running the process. Don’t care for the employee and they want to hire people for peanuts. In this day and age who would offer 2.1 as a package for a fresher who can anyone survive with that. You will be laid off without consideration of your performance for them only your package matters. Don’t take feedback and not transparent at all. Some projects are Good. But some projects don't have proper managers / AVPs. They speak harshly and due to these employees will loose their interest and few employees left also. Sometimes They will assign into a project which is already existing one (very big project) which is takes time to understand about the project (some days or weeks). But no proper help will be there. We ourselves should understand which is really difficult even for experienced employees also. Bad thing is 2 months bench period is the notice period.
