Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated C# . NET, C++ Development Engineer with at least 8 to 10 years of minimum experience in contact center domain to join our dynamic software development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications and solutions using mentioned technologies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about programming, have a strong understanding of software development principles, design principles, and be capable of working both independently and in collaboration with other team members. Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, experience with Web Technologies like ASP. NET will be added advantage.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop Windows-based software applications: Write clean and efficient code using programming languages such as C++, C# and ASP. Net.
Experience with . Net process dump analysis, Visual Studio and debugging with it
Strong knowledge of Telephony, Contact Center and Unified Communications domains.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end frameworks (e. g. , Angular, React) is a plus.
Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL
Collaborate with team members: Work with other developers, designers, and project managers to achieve project goals.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Document code and software features: Ensure ease of maintenance and future development.
Provide support and troubleshoot issues: Assist end-users with any problems they encounter.
Ensure security and privacy: Implement best practices to protect user data.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Education: A degree in computer science, software development, or a related field.
Experience: Proficiency in programming languages like C#, C++, and ASP. NET . Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools with 8 - 10 years of handson developement experience.
