I love the opportunity to work from home offered to me, got a project laptop. Salary is always credited on 30th of every month or earlier, without any delays. Location preferences are always entertained by the HR team, but technology preference is not always entertained in a likewise manner. Company believes in hiring contractors in all its niche technology departments - so they dont train anyone within their organisation on any niche skillset. From the project I worked I am saying my pros Work life balance is good and they don't rush you, they will give their time to learn and evolve and acquire knowledge. There won't be much opportunity to learn new technologies as they won't be swappings in the project if you work a big project. Sometimes you feel you are lagging behind with the present day world with respect to technologies. Also hikes and pay are low and with H1's getting rejected, one may feel insecured about their careerle="background-color: #fff5e4;">.
