1. Transparency is the bestest part here. You can even talk to CEO here directly. 2. Very practical in terms of managing the employees. 3. Growing at very fast pace. Transitioning from consulting to product company. 4. Goal oriented approach. 5. MUMBAI and HYDERABAD workplaces are excellent. Great work environment.

Dislikes

1. Used to lack organizational hierarchy due to lack of resources, but now it is improving day by day. And it is almost streamlined now.

Not an MnC and it's benefits. May not be a con but since it is fast paced you will have to learn everything on the go
