NIIT is good only for fresher candidate, no one wants to continue here more then one year , appraisal process is very slow and poor, transport is poor , management is so poor, a person cannot take teave as a sick leave totally depends upon transport.

I liked the work culture and safety of women for few years. There was job security but in the later part from 2016 onwards work atmostphere became horrible. I liked working only for 5 days that was the best part of the company.

Nothing special to like , I will never recommend anyone to join NIIT or COFORGE limited, because u will not get anything except a very low salary

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is also very bad , career growth is slow. You need to serve a notice of 2 months and between these two months they will treat very bad ,changing shifts , poking, interference in personal life n all ,On the job training is not given to new joinees. Management is very bad from floor coach n manager to HR all are doing politics and if you will not support them in bad things they will find options to kick you out....Read More

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
