Nothing is there to say . We are still recognise as another mother child..more then 1 year gone .. we came from SLK

We where thinking we moved from Local(SLK) to global(Coforge) something will be there... Opportunities growth salary hike etc but nothing is there .. For L&D program we need to pay for that courses.. what we can do over this kind of thinking.

I was treated with respect and valued for what I bring to the company..The culture of the NIIT made me to encourage with enthusiasm. Employees are likely to be proud to work here. NIIT paid well in time to their employees..

Honestly I dislike about NIIT is that the lack of Communication, Make us overworked In projects. I found favoritism and nepotism mostly.
