Everything. No good policies for employees. 0 percent hike 0-25 percent variable. From many people's not get appraisal from 3-4 years even more. Management and HR are very company centric. When people hired at lowers salaries back in 2020 talk to HR about their salaries being lower than the juniors hired this year so the salary correction should be done. HR says go find a new job in the market we don't offer salary correction. Thats the kind of HR we have.
