Some of the projects where scope of improvement is enormous. There are Diversity on the Technology front in many projects in Insurance and Banking domain. Training and workshops are done keeping industry standard in mand.

Dislikes

Coforge HR practices have come down miserably and drastically after the changing of ownership from NIIT Technologies. Specific to the HR practices I have found very lowest services. HR is no more Employee centric. Most of them do not want to work, irresponsible and unaware of HR policies. Overall HR department is utterly inefficientand unprofessional in Coforge in comparison to erstwhile NIIT Technologies. They are very casual in giving best services to the employees....Read More

There is work life balance in some projects. cafeteria is good indeed. Lot of green areas.. Flexible working hours.

The politics will never go.. Entry into a project is not based on merit when you are a senior guy. It is based on your networking. There are coteries. Few people have complete hold into the accounts. Sudhir has done his bit in removing the old guys who were creating the issues but 50 % is still there. Now-a-days, the HR have been empowered and they just knock off guys to prove probably that HR team is indeed working :-). Or may be they are getting orders from the top which they are complying.
