Initial pay is good.
Don't join if you have not done client round with coforge, or else they will spoil your career , and when you are in bench(Resource Pool) no one will care, you have to initiate with higher management for project opportunities but its hard to get reply from them. They don't have much client apart from sabre. Keep this offer has a last option , No proper pantry in Bhartiya city location.

Tbey dont have much projects after 4 months of joining they put me in bench more than 6 months and asked ne to come daily. They told in offer letter that they will provide cabs. But project denied it due to cost even after i changed my stay near to office.

Paid Cab which was earlier paid by company only. Company is located is far remote area and suddwn policy change to pay for cab. Even you take cab foe a day in month you have to pay for full month. Company culture is pathetic. They are still following Junior senior culture. Senior person got offended when junior not call them Sir. No one is bothered to reply you. Even HR dept is worst I can say. Some projects have good culture but most of the projects are having this nad culture. Toyota is one of their project which is like hell. No Job Security. Micro management by managers is rampant. One has to keep the managers in good humor or else will be sacked on some weird pretext. Once moved to bench would be given three attempts to find a project or one month which ever is earliest then sacked if not able to find a project. Movement to bench is a ruse to fire a resource. They pay well as long as their margins are made. Mostly people continue to work with Coforge for high salaries and compromise with loss of dignity. But cant complaint people have got to serve food on the table I wish the organisations survive and thrive only if they are employee focussed.
