Salary credits on time. Infrastructure like gym, swimming pool, cafeteria is good.

Dislikes

They can put you on bench or pool anytime once you are in pool or on bench you get the project after a struggle. Resource Deployment group is managed poorly.

Dislikes

It's a company for freshers. No promotions to senior employees, no opportunity, senior management will look for all the support and expertise from tenured employees and give promotion to your juniors. SDM's are incompetent and incapable of delivering. Pathetic experience. I wasted my 3 years.
