Company & Company culture is very good but every thing is depend on your team & seniors. I have joined coforge by checking rating & all these thing but inside actual condition very reverse

I have joined in payroll team i have very bad experience with the payroll team this is the WORST experience in my life. sone very senior people working form 25 year in the same organization they were not behave in a manner they have there own politics in the company. they do not want to change process or modify process due to they have there own comfort zone & loose their power they were not support team or always getting angry every time on every team member....Read More

Likes

Package, campus and its culture. I enjoyed working there for 4 years, people were amazing with good supervision.

Dislikes

Till the time NIIT Technologies logo was there this Company used to be a employee centric company but when the rebranding took place it became terrific, no work life balance only they are all running after business thats where coforge loosing everything now. I hope things will change if better management and leadership joins.
