I am part of ANZ and ASEAN geography. It's toxic , political, with incapable leaders Coforge in general is sales and number driven organisation with no focus on employees, their skills or their well being. They pay well as long as their margins are made. Mostly people continue to work with Coforge for high salaries and compromise with loss of dignity. But cant complaint people have got to serve food on the table I wish the organisations survive and thrive only if they are employee focussed. Being customer focused is q crap, because one cnnot be employee focussed has the empathy vein missing.
