Where I was deployed in client side there management was not good like my manager and project manager. So couse of this i left my job from niit technologies Ltd.

Salary - Good

Dislikes

There was lot of politics, environment was not good manager was playing politics to everyone when we reached to hr so hr denied to help us. (I was working client side) i will not suggest to join Gail project with the niit technologies Ltd (coforge Ltd)

Coforge offer on hold

I recently had an interview with coforge and cleared first round, after my second round, only after I asked update, I got email from coforge portal page to upload BCG and fill personal information and status is shown as screening, from then, no response from HR for my calls or emails, no confirmation if it's positive, reject or on hold. Can anyone let me know what's going on, is it on hold ? Did anyone had gone through this same situation?
