Dislikes

When people hired at lowers salaries back in 2020 talk to HR about their salaries being lower than the juniors hired this year so the salary correction should be done. HR says go find a new job in the market we don't offer salary correction. Thats the kind of HR we have.

Coforge offer on hold

I recently had an interview with coforge and cleared first round, after my second round, only after I asked update, I got email from coforge portal page to upload BCG and fill personal information and status is shown as screening, from then, no response from HR for my calls or emails, no confirmation if it's positive, reject or on hold. Can anyone let me know what's going on, is it on hold ? Did anyone had gone through this same situation?
