Likes

The company working environment is very friendly which helped me to learn new things in short time. I love the office timing of this company which is devided in 3 slots. My coworker were very helpful and coprative and we were working like a chain. I also like employees re hire policy here.

Dislikes

The thing which I dislike about working there is company culture. Though now company is also working on it and also made some new reward policies for employees benefit which reduce the the problem I faced in my past working days.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
