The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

If u r a fresher don't join this ..just by paying 8k to 10 k ..they r expecting u to do all things...even u don't get any conveyance allowance or benefits ..very bad experience

Career Growth and Hike in salary is nearly negligible. Starting package/Salary is lowest in market.

I was working as Desktop Engineer but salary package was lowest means 1LPA. Located at Powai, Mumbai which is one of the best and Posh locations in Mumbai. Food and transportation was up to me so it was nonsurvival situation. But it was a great learning.

No HR support, No solution for any of your queries, No hike (Work or go home), No performance calculations by management, No proper equipments(very slow), No career growth, i worked 3years without any hike and didn't give any position, least they didn't even onboard me as FTE, am still FTC, Manager thinks he is god and treats you like slave, embarasses you, insults you, but he itself dono anything. Every team is ready to blame another team for any cause, but they dont even care what is the Root Cause, if you talk you dont have professional ethics, if you dont talk you will be victim (Do or Die)....Field Services wont grow in CMS until they removed that Biplab......Read More
