Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very low and career growth is very slow. There is 1 year bond for ATE(Associate Trainee Engineer ) post, 1 year before you cannot resign.

Nothing is good in this company.

Dislikes

The management of CMS IT Services are useless. They are not able to pay the Salary on time. No incriment no fastival bonus, no PF facility. One more thing if you have any issue you can't contect HR because HR not pick your call, if you send mail to HR you get the reply after a week later. So, don't join this company.

No one get there salary from last 3 months. No carrier growth. They are not able to pay our salary on time. When we call to HR for asking about salary only one answer every time " Salary will be created within One or Two days", we are waiting for the one or two days from last 3months.
