Worst company and politics by Pune Pradip Adhao. He is custodian level guy but management put into HR he is not worth of Asst Manager designation. He only create issue with help of Union member and then show to management that he is resolving.

Dislikes

Don't trust management. The guy from union member in Pune have better knowledge than a designated Asst Manager HR Mr. Gadhao. Ganesh Ratwadkar should be promoted to Asst Manager HR

No salary hike I personally work for all most 3years with same salary. This is the biggest demotivate thing. No promotion how good you are but the designation will be same . No job security If any one want to join this company please don't because day by day you pressurise and you will find there is no value for experienced person. Thank you

From work culture to appraisals. Only the manager’s favourite get good appraisals and work from home. Rest people even though very deserving are not credited with anything from work from home to variables, appraisals and other perks. They do not promote learning and growth. It has an Indian babu culture.

I have save all penalty for pune circle of my clients pnb ,sbi and the cms head mr ajaykumar Pandey is very disgusting manager I have ever seen I have a medical emergency in my home and I'm there for the same company will not allowed the leave and they said you will abscond in cms . In cms company I'm working from 3 years and they treat me like a waste thing no medical policy given to employee
