I glad to part of this company because I have developed a lot of skills, my manager or tl is very supportive, I have developed very few skills from my TSS.
Dislikes
My annual salary appraisal is getting very low and the travel expenses should be more than 3.5 rupees for survive.

CMS is one of the best company for freshers. If we talk about salary a good thing is salary does not get delay by any reason.
Dislikes
What i dislike about CMS is it is only beneficial for freshers. Company does not care about employees. Salaries are to low as compered to other companies in the market. if we talk about professional growth and salary increment or appraisals its so poor.
