I'm working clover client location Bajaj Allianz as a web designer. I love to work I love there environment....but one guy he was my TL Nilesh ....I don't have words to express my pain how he treat me....I don't have words to express my pain how is behaved me.... I complain lots of time to clover HR but no buddy want to listen employee pain just because I'm working as a third party....Nelish treat me like a im his servent he want me to work 12 to 15 hours a if I ask for Lev he rejected my lev I complain so many times to clover HR please tell to Nilesh to not behaving badly.... finally I depressed then I resigned....when I was serving my notice period he started staring badly... workload...overtime...he always complain to Kiran that my performance is not good etc etc etc etc I was quite no buddy is there to listen my pain no boddy I just want you to suggest specially girls don't join clover client partner....Now im happy i join new company thair all people are very helpful and very honest I got award best performance of the month with in 3months... No proper management Can fire any time HR and management not supportive I joining another MNC company, verification team trying to communicating over a mail but they are not responding, they don't care about your verification once you left company. If you deployed at client location then they will never care about you. Don't join Clover Infortech.
