Example: They send me 1 year ago in different state to client after that they never seen that I am alive or not. After hardworking 1 yr client appreciated but they not even recognise not effect in salary increment.

Company gives chance to freshers to showcase skills. If you are really skillful or having knowledge of Technology then clover will definately hire you

Trainers are not good. They work on on thein own policy. They should support and if there is really any genuine reason then they have to listen their new joinee. HR department management is also not good because they will select you but they will give joining letter sometimes you have to suffer so much. They hire on some role and will give you another role after having security deposit of 1 lakh. Saturday is not Holiday Time is 9 To 7 Pm. Mumbai rooms are not good even if you live in good area there will be not Pg like Pune. Rates are Double. Very Humid Climate. Pune is good but doesnt give chance to freshers. If you really want to work then try Mumbai. Fresher will definately chance but u should good knowledge and not passing gap above 2 years eg 2022 to 2024 should be there.. this is 2024. Service based company.if you are in clinet side. Company not asked you anything from there side. As far as you deploy to Client everything will go smoothly.

Payment hike not on the work as you are doing just fixed on time you spending at client side.not happy with yearly hike. barely minimum ad per industry standards.

Clover do not have much to offer for senior profiles. It is good for fresher and junior roles as they have steap learning curve
