The only thing you like here it as--- 1) For office employee your salary will be credited on 7-8 2) For WFH employee salary will be credited on 15-20

1) There is no learning opportunity........... 2) Deduct your money when you leave this organization...... 3) Salary is very low in this organization............. 4) 6 days working and you will get only 2 leave per month which is also not be carried forward in the next month.... 5) If you have extraw leave then their salary deduction is based total salary/no. of working days.... suppose you have 3 leave in a particualar month and working days in that month was 26 days and salary in one month is 15000 then your salary will be deducted for one day as 15000/26 = 576.92 6) If you are leaving this organization then serve the notice period otherwise they will hold your salary for 50 days and also you will not get reliving letter and salary slip. 7) There will not be any EPF account opened by the company......Read More

A little far more my residential place. One way takes around 1-1:15 hours from Malviya Nagar. But PG/Flats are available in nearby places to overcome this issue.

I like the work- life balance I have there. Also the company policies are great whenever you are in need. They are very sympathetic towards their employees.

Dislikes

I don't see any growth opportunities there. I want to have job enrichment so that I learn new things every now and then.

Work Details

I have to work 8 hours a day either in the morning shift of 6am -3 pm or evening shift of 3 pm to 12 midnight. I get a day off in a week and a 2 extra offs in a month. Overall the work life is great.
