I liked the working environment, the bi-monthly club parties with our own contributions, suman HR's smile, birthday celebrations, and the friendly nature of the manager.

Dislikes

I disliked the harsh and insulting behaviour exhibited by certain senior employees towards their juniors, especially in front of the entire office staff. What's worse, they take pride in such actions, laughing as if it's an accomplishment. It's important for them to learn how to how to communicate with their juniors respectfully, rather than treating it as a matter of pride.
