Dislikes

They talk alot about being family but they don’t care about the needs of their employees at all. All the managers are rude and they micromanage all the time. Everything about this company is bad. If you are thinking of joining, please don’t. Run for your life.

There is nothing to like 2 sexist founders criticise and micromanage everything bully almost everyone and they don't even appreciate if you do anything good by any chance

Dislikes

If you are a Yes man and laugh on there every silly sexist joke they will be on your side otherwise be prepared to be grilled every minute of your 9 hour time

Its all about work and family. Very professional when it comes to work and very friendly work place. And for a fresher it a very good company to start their career as they will learned a lot in live bases which will help them move on to their career.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
