This company spoiled carrier of experienced people more than 10 including me. Dont join this company not for whatever they give as salary. As sooner or later you have to compensate with your self respect and carrier. Its serious please dont join Cliantha Research Center.

Dislikes

I does not have cell culture lab and microbiology lab . cliantha hiring people . experienced people for cell culture although there is no cell culture lab. Please dont join. Hr and higher management people are manipulative and politically abusive.

It is a perfect place to work. Learning is an ongoing process for everyone working here. Here we believe that there are no weaknesses of an individual it is an area of improvement.

Dislikes

I personally feel that not only here in Cliantha but in entire Indian CRO industry pay scale is too lower compared to other countries. This reason people plan to migrate.

I am working as a Project manager in Global Project Management team.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
